Since there is real time monitoring of the nerve block hence safety and success of the block is ensured. There has been a resurgence of regional anaesthesia and increased focus on the relevant anatomy in the last 8-10 years because of the introduction of sonography.
Interventional Perioperative Sonography Association” (IPSA) is a society registered under “Societies Registration Act XXI of 1960 vide registration no Society/west/2015/8901565 and consists of a group of anaesthesiologists who wish to pursue excellence and safety in the field of regional anaesthesia.
